Mr. Qadir is a well known businessman. He has extensive experience and runs variety of shops from wood works, electronics, LCDs, Solar Panels and much more. His role in Al - Madina Ice Factory is not just limited to urgent repairs but also includes monitoring of business workflow. He is an asset.

Mr. Muhammad Arif (Partner)

Mr. Arif is an active part of the team. He is responsible for day to day operation and monitoring; and maintaining accounts of each dealer alongside daily reporting to all partners.

Mr. Mohammad Aflah Memon (Partner)

Mr. Memon graduated in Bachelor of Business (BIS) from RMIT, Melbourne, Australia in 2006. After which he has worked in private sector and Government sectors in Pakistan and Australia. He hold dual nationality of both Pakistan and Australia. After working in Project Management and then Chief Operating Officer, he decided to work for himself. Mr. Memon now has a real estate business, a restaurant, a brick manufacturing unit and two Ice Factories. He plays a managerial role after giving 5 to 8 years in establishing the two Ice Factories from scratch. He now monitors the businesses and analyses future sale based on analytical data and facts. He also suggests it's partners the strategic plan ahead. He is pivotal to the team.

Mr. Muhammad Shamim (Partner)

Mr. Shamim plays a vital role in the factory.

With his extensive experience and knowledge, he assists the team in every way and has close contacts with our dealers (clients). He is a self-made individual who now has multiple businesses ranging from high tech equipments to electronics and much more.
